When it's folded, it is only 10" high, which means you can hide it practically anywhere, in closets or under beds etc. It is very lightweight, and should not be used for serious running. Compared to most treadmills even at this low price, this is a very small treadmill. The 1.5 CHP Motor goes up to 6 MPH, which is little more than a jog. The deck can hold up to 250 lbs, and it has no incline capability. The running belt is 17" x 45", which is much smaller than average. This treadmill is definitely designed for kids and small adults.
